Rental Broker Recommendation?

I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a good rental broker. We’re especially interested in (but definitely not limited to) Downtown Brooklyn, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights and Fort Greene and are leaning toward (but again not limited to) newer/larger construction. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

List of condos going rental

It looks like I’ll be sitting out buying for a year and in the meantime am exploring renting in a new development, including possibly a condo that’s gone partially or entirely rental. I’m wondering if a comprehensive list of such condos exist out there, and, if not, if we might start one here, with folks adding developments they know of in the comments. It seems that condos developers often, understandably, don’t advertise the fact that they’re renting.

I’ll start with what I know from Brownstoner and the NY Times article this weekend (http://www.nytimes.com/2009/07/26/realestate/26cov.html)

- One Brooklyn Bridge Park, Brooklyn Heights
- 195 Classon Avenue, Clinton Hill
- 72 Steuben Street, Clinton Hill
- Bridgeview Tower, Dumbo/Downtown Bklyn-ish
- The Clermont, 375 Myrtle Avenue, Fort Greene
- The Mynt, 756 Myrtle, Clinton Hill
- 110 Livingston Street, Downtown Brooklyn
- 99 Gold Street, Dumbo

Aguayo & Huebener broker?

I seems Aguayo & Huebener gets some mixed reviews, to put it politely, here on Brownstoner and in offline world. For better or worse I want to look at a couple of properties for which they are the exclusive agent. Can anyone recommend a particular broker there with whom they’ve had a good experience as a buyer? Much appreciated.
