Mold Spots in Basement


Hi,
I found a few mold spots on the wall in the basement (a couple of isolated spots only). Can’t really tell where it’s coming from. Is this normal or something to worry about? Any suggestions on how to fix? The building is from 1900 (small coop). Thanks!

i know more is always better, but what seems to be an average/decent amount to have in a reserve fund for a small 4 unit coop? thanks!

Lot info on Schermerhorn between Nevins and Bond


There’s a vacant lot that looks like it was dug up a year or so ago. I heard it was going to be a holiday inn but construction has stopped. Anyone know what the plans are for this lot? I’m looking to buy on State and the building backs up to it. Thanks
