Skim Coating and Tiling


I need to have an experienced person at skim coating and painting a small room.
I also need some to put down ceramic floor tiles in a small romm.

Does anyone know to do both trades?

This is not a job for a crew or a company. Its only a small job

Plumber


I nee a licensed plumber to remove a heating pipe and cap it off.
My building has to shut the water in the basement to drain the pipe.
They insist I do this job with a licensed plumber.

It is in a condo apartment in manhattan.

Ikea Kitchen


Did anyone use Traemond for the installation of ikea kitchen cabinets?
Were you satisfied with Traemond.

If not why?

I want to hear about the good bad and the ugly of this installer.

I am still undecided who to use. Any info would be helpful.
