Wondering what is going on with 107 Gates Ave., in Clinton Hill. I think this was purchased for $1.1M in ’05 when it was a white building. Then the lower parts of the back parlor windows where closed off and the place was painted brown. A gut reno was done and it is god awful. I have never seen something so bad.
Corcoran still has the listing but it has been 2 years. Why has this not sold? Perhaps this should be a house of the day.
