Co-op Renovation


I am in renovating my co-op apt. Approx 950 sq ft. I’d like to gut and redo the bathroom (simple design: subway tile, penny tile), redo moldings and skim coat and paint the walls.

Thoughts on what I should budget (cost and time)? Anyone with experience w/ a similar reno? This is my first renovation. Any advice is helpful.
