Accountant in Park Slope Area


I need a new accountant based in park slope who is professional friendly and patient. I have now 2 and it does not make much sense. I need only one that can deal with doing my personal taxes
and the books of a small LLC and a company that owns a small building.

grills and smoking policy for tenants??


Need to know what should be the grilling and smoking policy in a brownstone with 4 units. I am working on drafting additional riders to specify pet policy, smoking and grill uses.
Can I demand no smoking policy in the whole building or at least in common areas? Can I also forbid grills in less than 10 feet from the building in the two units that share the building?

i ma closing soon and I have been asked to pay 9323 for a title charges.
i have always known there was a survey and a search for 1000 usd but never expected to be charged 7802 usd for file charge?
we are talking here about a 4 units family house in brooklyn.

Net Profit and Rent Increase Over 10 Years?


I bought a brownstone recently for
1.8 and it has 4x 2 bedrooms in prospect heights in brooklyn.
what should I expect in 10 years as
net profit if i resell it and can i expect realistically arent increase 2% a year?
