Homeless Person


What to do about a homeless person now that weather is getting colder. There is this little guy living mostly under the BQE overpass. ANother neighbor used to let him occasional sleep on deck before he got stranger – stopped taking meds maybe. I think he may work parttime at McDonalds but is bit dillusional claiming working for some big finance company and says is a lawyer.
Usually harmless but appears to like to peak into people’s windows.
Walks around with an old dog.
What can be done to help?

Rat Infestation


This summer seems major rat infestation in backyards of block Smith/Butler/Baltic.
Anyone else in area of Smith had this also?
Recommendations, suggestions?
Of course, restaurants and food sellers are big magnet and we have been after a couple of them (with little progress), called 311, CB6, Yassky, etc and have set baits and traps.
