Cleaning out the Basement

This is all stuff that deserves a worthy home and is at bargain basement prices. 2 wood fireplace mantles – $100 & $75, a zero clearance wood burning fireplace inset -$150, a pair of recessed raised panel doors 26″x 7′-1″ -$50,a GE microwave/wall oven (never used; decorator ordered wrong color -$300, new remnant dark green fern carpeting from a famous hotel 386 sq.ft. (enough to do a whole brownstone stairs and hall) $200, tons of glass knobs, antique locks, planks and beams full 2-1/2″x9-3/4″ and 4″x13-1/2″. I can’t bear to throw these things away!

Getting Commercial Tenant Out


My commercial tenant from hell’s lease is finally up at the end of January. Has anyone had success in getting a tenant out once their lease has expired, without going for a holdover

Where to advertise a storefront


Any ideas where I can advertise my storefront in Fort Greene/ Clinton Hill? I get most of my residential tenants from craigslist, but haven’t beeen as successful with commercial. The space is only 560 sq ft without a cellar, so commercial RE brokers aren’t too interested

Could any one use a s.s. restaurant hood? The dimensions are 42″ dp. x 8′-0″ wide. It has lighting and fire suppression heads. I need to get rid of it, so if you’re interested call 718-857-1011
