Building Manager Needed


Can anyone recommend a building manager? i have a 4 family property that i need someone to look after, collect rent, etc.
any suggestions?

Electrician Recommendation


I’d like to recommend an electrician. I have used him for years for odd jobs, and he is always affordable, efficient and also pleasant. But just 2 weeks ago, he rewired my boyfriends entire house- demonstrating that he can do any job- big or small, well, and for a really great price (i might add). I’ll never use another electrician. Recommendation for an Electrician


The electrician i have used for years is Louis Monterossa 718 607 7154. really honest, solid stand up guy. And he knows what he’s doing. he’s fast and reliable. There is no one else i use.
