Recycling VINYL WINDOWS


A client has just replaced a house full of these vinyl windows, now we need a place to recycle them. Any ideas on where to sell or recycle these?

I recommend him because I know that he take real pride in his work. And he’s never the type of contractor to charge you $750 to remove a handball that has clogged a gutter on the roof. (It’s happened!)

Basement Hatch / Glass Domes?


I’ve heard that some folks have glass domes covering their basement hatches (found in the front and back of bstones..)

This is instead of those metal boxes that generally prevent water from entering basement.

This sounds fantastic, but I’ve never seen it. Anyone know a vendor for this, and or have pictures?

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR SMALL CONDO BUILDING


Can anyone recommend a property management company for a new condo? We’re a small building (6 apartments) and all of us are new to this condo board thing. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, local company who can handle bills, common charges, housekeeping, etc?
