Combining Electrical In A 2 Family House


We use our 2 family house as a 1 family
and I’d like to combine the wiring for the separate floor with the rest of the house so we can have 1 bill instead of 2.
The usage for the separate floor is so small that the charges are too much compared to the use. Anyone done this or have a recommendation

Water Heater trouble


I’m having some trouble with the thermostat of my water heater. It only seems to kick on when I actually use the hot water and it refills. When it’s stationery overnight it doesn’t seem to come on to keep the right temp. Does anyone have a good plumber to fix this problem? I’m in Bed Stuy.
