Water bill for 8-unit co-op


The annual water bill for our four-story, eight-unit co-op building is $6400. This is higher than past years, but it’s my understanding that rates have increased recently. Before we spend a lot of time/money looking into whether there is a problem, I’d like to get a sense of what a “typical” bill for a building of our size would be. Can anyone provide comparable numbers from their recent bills? Thanks.
