two questions: AC and oven


hi,
I have 2 service related questions. Looking for recs . . .
1) to have window AC units cleaned (saw some mold)
2) to fix igniter on gas oven (currently have to ignite by hand each time)

leak mess


Our super who lives below us is experiencing a leak in his apt. He claims it is from our bathroom. We have no obvious leaks, flooding, etc, in our bathroom. [We renovated it 2 years ago and had plumbing checked/fixed prior.] The super’s plumber also confirmed that our bathroom seemed sound about a month ago. Super says leak is still a problem and wants to tear out our walls (either shower wall [one bathroom apt] or the wall in my son’s nursery [he's 3.5 weeks old] to find it. A bit of a nightmare. We own our apt and live in a co-op. Who is responsible for repairs to our apartment? What if they tear up walls and find nothing? Should my husband and I discuss all of this with the management company first? (so far just talked with super)
