Brownstoning the Facade ?


I got an estimate to redo the facade of our building. The contractor says that the Brown–stoning can be done right now. Is there any reason why we should not do this now and wait until the spring?

I would like to if anyone knows whether it is too late to be doing the brownstoning of the facade.
