Dryer Duct Cleaning


After having a maintenance check on my dryer, I was informed that the air duct is extremely clogged. Can anyone recommend someone who provides the cleaning air system?

Tin Ceiling Dent?


I consider myself one of the fortunate ones to still have tin ceilings going up my staircases. Upon trying to maneuver a piece of furniture up the narrow and low staircase I caused a deep dent in a tin tile. Does anyone have a remedy for this?

Open Space of Roof Covering


I journey up to my roof today and noticed several open spaces of possibly called flashing (the tar looking black substance used), and open spaces of mortar (between the bricks) of my unused chimney. Can I just pick up that stuff at Lowes and fill in the gaps myself?

I recently renovated my entire house and now need to install a temporary childproof gate by the stairs of my basement. Does anyone think that its possible to install without having to drill into the wood or the wall?
