Eco Friendly Carpet


Can anyone recommend a local seller and installer of eco-friendly, low VOC carpet? Or even just a good installer who will allow carpet to be delivered to them by another seller?

Vintage Coffee Table for Sale


I’m selling a vintage coffee table for $250 or best offer. It’s got rich brown wood with a leather surface and some nice carving and details (I’m having trouble posting a pic, but will email you some if you think you might want to buy it). The brand is Weiman Heirloom, and I think it’s from the 1940s. It’s got some dings and nicks, but is basically in good condition for a vintage piece. The dimensions are 50″ x 22″ x 16″. Window Repair/Replacement


Just bought an apartment and the windows have some issues (some have condensation, many don’t open and close well). Does repair work in most cases or is it better to just replace the windows. Also, someone recommended Olympic Glass Company and I wondered if anyone had feedback about them or any other recommendations.

How hard is buying a forclosure?


I’m enticed by the deals to be had, but it seems like you need to have a lot of expertise and put in a lot of work. Do people who want to buy a home have a shot of doing this, or is it just for investors? If it is possible, what’s my plan of attack?

How do I research comps?


I’m interested in buying without a broker. Would any one mind breaking down for me how you “do research on comps” with the NYC website. I see how you can enter blocks and lots, but how do you find recent sales of comparable properties? Thanks in advance
