Hello, I guess I was crazy to think this but is possible but can I find a affordable 2 family house with a decent commute in NYC? I am single so don’t need that much room and would do some renovations. I just want help in paying the mortgage. 600k – has anyone else had success with this? any advice? no brokers please, I would like real people experience. Thanks
