Landlord at Wits End


I have a troublesome tenant. She is on the top floor of my 2 family and is complaining about the heat in the bathroom. It is located in the hall like most are and there is no heat source in it, never has been. There is an original skylight with louvers on it and the air can creep in. The brownstone is over 100 years old and I just feel she is being unreasonable in “demanding” that I supply heat to a room that can’t get it. I suggested she get a space heater. Any thoughts?
