Best “Green” boiler


What is the most “green” boiler out there – currently we are using oil steam heat and need to replace this system and are trying to find the most environmentally friendly system that we can retro fit into an old brownstone? Plus we don’t have endless supplies of monies – so we are also looking for an economical solution as well.

plaster workers


so how much do you think skim coat plaster is worth – is 25/hr per guy okay..ie..2 guys for 8 hrs a day comes out to 400 a day for basic skim coat plaster work with minor repair – too much or good deal? let me know your thoughts – what have you paid for skim coats
