Welding Estimate


I received an estimate for 1600 for the welding of steps for a basement entrance/exit to the backyard and 2 steel covers for the basement access points. Does this sound about right?

Basement Entrances


Does anyone have a connection on getting a basement entrance installed in the front and back of a brownstone.

Currently, both access points are just brick lined shafts.

Any help would be appreciated.
