Roof leak help requested


We have a flat (sligtly sloped) roof. After months of working with the developer and also a roofer, we have ruled out almost everything as a source of the leak. We are left with some electrical boxes that could possibly be the cause and also a bulkhead duct, both of which are out of the roofer’s area of expertise. Would anyone here on the forum have name of someone who is very good at diagnosing and fixing rooftop issues? I think at this point, since it looks to be from the central air wiring routes and switch boxes I am wondering if it is something an electrician is best to look at.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Any advice on Setting up a new condo homeowners association?


I have moved into a new condo. The entire condo is new, just eight units but we all are the first residents. We need to set up a homeowners’ association in order to collect common charges and pay bills.

Does anyone have experience in how this process goes or who one can contact to have this set up?

Any advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated for this condo newbie!
