Inspector recommendation


Since I found the home inspector Joe Pasaturo with AVT Enterprises (718)720-5088 on Brownstoner, I thought that I would share how incredibly pleased my husband and I were with his services this past weekend.

Joe is professional, friendly, organized and attentive. As he inspected the house from bottom to top, he explained everything along the way. When he found a problem or expected a problem in the near future, he gave us a detailed explanation (e.g. roof issues).

He typed on his laptop throughout the inspection but it was perfectly fine. Someone had posted that they couldn’t talk to him while he is typing. That is not true. He is attentive and will stop typing to discuss something or answer questions. At the end of the inspection, he reviewed everything with us and then printed the report.

After his inspection, we felt very confident about buying the house.
