Wildly different tile estimates


We got tiling estimates from two tilers we found on this site (shower and floor of a 5×7 bathroom) and one is fully half as expensive as the other. Does $1500 seem low for this work? And does more than twice that seem exorbitant? Both came highly recommended here, so we’re stymied. Any insight welcome!
