I am trying to find anyone else who has put a deposit down on an apartment at 45 John St. and is frustrated by the misleading information provided by the seller. If you were told closing dates would be late summer/early fall 2008 and you’re still waiting, can you please post a reply? My attorney has advised that a group would carry more weight with the AG.
