General Contractor recommendation needed


There was a water leak in the apt above mine. I called the insurance etc.. Long story short, I need to have the ceiling stripped, re-taped and painted. I have no idea who to go to for recommendations on a contractor and I want someone good and dependable. I like to have things done right, not just quick and fast as I am proud of my home.
