The installer that I used to install my Samsung Free Joint Multi Ductless A/C system has gone missing, and I am looking for a local company to do a warranty repair. The only companies listed on the support website are in NJ. Does anyone have a recommendation? Any help would be much appreciated.

I think that the duct from the gas dryer is full of lint that needs to be cleaned. Does anyone know who would be able to do this job.?

Does anyone have any current rec’s for a company that installs Split system AC units? Someone in the end you were happy to give your money too?

Our apt has an identical layout to the image I’ve attached, though a few feet bigger in all directions, and a pass-thru section between the kitchen and the living room. Our plan is to install 2 window ACs, one in the BR and one in the LR. The LR AC will need to compensate for the kitchen pass-thru and the BR AC will have to handle the bedroom door left open at all times. So, how many BTUs for each? I’m thinking slightly larger for the LR but I’m unsure about numbers.

Anybody have recommendations for the best & QUIETEST small window a/c unit available. Bedroom is less than 200 sq. ft. 5500-6000 Btu.

I need to add a hood to my kitchen and it’s very hard to vent to the outside. Does anyone know about ductless range hoods?

We are finishing up our renovation in Carroll Gardens and have a question regarding the placement of the A/C compressors.
We are installing a Fujitsu ductless system and have three compressors cooling 4 floors. From our understanding, the compressors need to be 8 feet from the property line. How can we do this if we have an 18.75 ft wide property? Any recommendations how to do this? We were thinking to place in the garden area in the back away from our tenant’s apartment. Our architect is against mounting against the back wall of the building due to vibration, however I think this would be the easiest. We can’t install on the roof for various reasons. Thanks…

Can anyone recommend a small window unit AC (5000-10,000 BTU) that is really quiet? In particular, I’m looking for something that is quiet from the outside as well, as we can hear this AC running from our bedroom window and also from our back porch. I’ve read that Panasonics and Sharps are pretty quiet — does anyone have any experience with a specific model that is quiet from the outside? Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have a recommendation for reputable company to service our brownstone’s Fujitsu split system air conditioning? Appreciate help.
