It looks like the Prince/Princess Hotel at 211 Schermerhorn St. between Hoyt and Bond has been slapped with a Full Vacate order by the DOB. Any idea what happened or what’s next for this property? The lot next door looks like it’s up for sale or lease as well. All of this is in the shadow of the new mixed-use towers at 225 Schermerhorn.
