We recently finished a gut renovation to our brownstone (about 6 months ago). We noticed an odd smell in one of the rooms which is getting stronger over the last several weeks. We called in our heating/air guys (Palone) who looked at all the ducts, etc and said they couldn’t find anything. They believe it is a dead rodent. We can’t find anything. Any idea what to do next? Whom should we call, etc? Thanks in advance for your help!
