I’m getting ready to sell my studio apartment and I have some questions. It’s a one room studio, with a separate kitchen (but not an eat in kitchen). Right now I am in the process of cleaning out the clutter!! and figuring out how to stage it. I’m wondering, do you think I need to have a table and chairs set up in the space, to show potential buyers? I have a couch, bed, tv and no table & chairs, but room for a small one. Do you think it’s worth it to buy one for purposing of staging? Are there any staging tips others might share? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
