Soundproofer for Coop Ceiling

I need a soundproof company for noisy child in upstairs apt. My glasses also rattle when people walk across floor.Don’t need suggestions on Neighbors behavioral control…been there done that. Just some advice on sound control I can do in the ceilings. Thanks
