Heat Not Working

Heat was working on Friday morning and worked last night – after I fiddled around with thermostat. I have no idea what is what on the boiler. Just switched the boiler off and then on. And heard click sound. Anything I should check for to try and troubleshoot?
Boiler is probably around 20 years old, my guess and looks a bit rusty in places.
