Hello-
Posted something similar on the Landmark board, but thought I might get some good responses over here as well.

We live on the 4th floor of our co-op and have roof-deck rights. Our roofdeck is rotting out and we need to replace it. We plan on extending it just a little bit, but nothing that would make it visible from the street below. (It is already not visible from the ground.)

Anyone renovated/added a roofdeck to their landmark building? Did you apply for a permit from the Landmark Commission? Did you work with a contractor who had experience with the Landmark Commission? Any recommendations/advice?
