Tipping Your Floor Refinishers?

Hi-
Looking for some advice- we are just wrapping up the sanding and finishing of an apartment. It was a full day’s job for 4 guys with the final coat of poly going on tomorrow. Should we tip these guys? If so, how much? They definitely worked hard and got it done quick and looking good. Advice appreciated!
