Sanding & Staining Floors

We currently have parquet floors that are about 45 years old (see picture).

We don’t want to remove them, but want to stain them a darker color.

Does anyone have any (good) experiences with companies that do a good job with this?

We would like our floors to look like the floors in this apartment:
