Gut Renovation GC Suggestions?

Hi,
We are embarking on a 4 storey plus cellar gut renovation in brooklyn, starting in March. Approx 800 sq feet/floor. Will need to be taken down to joists and beams with new electricals, hvac, heating, air cond, roof and windows.

Can anyone recommend a GC who could do it for about $100/sq feet?
We would be fine with the least expensive materials.
