A 20 pound piece of old molding fell through our drop bedroom ceiling (thank goodness no one was in the bed at the time.) I had a contractor who I really liked and gave a great quote but now is not available for 2 weeks. Does anyone have a great contractor they would recommend for the job? The whole drop ceiling needs to be torn down and done again. Also, they need to remove any of the old molding. I don’t want to be doing this again in the next year.

They need to be licensed and insured.
