I’d love to find an unrenovated big old industrial loft in Northside Williamsburg. The developers who get hold of these buildings make them so slick, take the oil-stains and patches out of the floors, sheetrock the ceilings, etc. I drooled over 330 Wythe but it’s just too far from the subway. How to find a place in an unfinished state???
