Hi b’stoners,

I wanted to refer a FANTASTIC mortgage broker that specializes in FHA loans. His name is David Roma and works for East Coast Capital. I cannot say enough good about him. He has been available 24 hours/day to answer the most ridiculous question that any first time home buyer may have – and always happy to take your call.

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way like this but the turning point was win we sort of ended up in a bidding war over a property and David assured us that we should stick to our guns and not offer more since a lot of people are not qualified. That spoke volumes to us since he was basically saying to us. He said that he wanted us to be in the right house and if this wasn’t it, it would come in time.

How REFRESHING!!!! Someone in an economic depression who still knows that the bottom line is getting the buyer in the right home.
