I have brought a contractor to the building and after a few days I got a bid. I then called another contractor who said that before I talk to him I should call an architect which will make planes, amendments etc etc…I am a bit confused about it now because I am not sure how to do it- so, I does it work? It’s a very small extension which will barely add a room…
