I’m a member of a 12-unit coop, and for a long time, we’ve been looking for ways to save money on heat. The wrinkle is, we have very little desire to spend lots of money up front.
Does anyone know of a low-cost (or no-cost) assessment we might be able to get? I did some searching around city and state energy department websites but didn’t find what I was looking for.
New York Energy Smart for multi-family homes (http://www.getenergysmart.org/MultiFamilyHomes/default.aspx) is suspended as of now.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
