Brownstone Facade Contractor

We need to have our wood cornice repaired and painted and the front of our four story brownstone completely redone. We were going to use Jose – Costa’s relative but he has NO Worker Comp. Insurance. Can anyone recommend a reasonable price contractor for this work?
