Hi
this is a small project i need help with.

1. i need a oval shower rod hung from my ceiling
2. my claw foot tub needs to be leveled for water to drain and the drain pipe needs to be sealed
3. there is some grout that needs to be replaced along cracks etc.

this can all be done in one day,
I live in Harlem, in a coop and I need a reliable -professional that is insured and licensed
