MS24WN & MU24WN Mr. Slim Unit (indoor/outdoor), cooling only, 24k BTU.

Used since summer of ’04 in our parlor floor to fully cool down the whole floor – works great.

Being replaced with an integrated all house split-system so selling this one to a home that can use it.

Unit works perfectly for us for our whole parlor (keeps it cool but not ice box cold for the space), some superficial denting to the external unit but no affect on performance.

Comes with operation instructions, but since was installed for us by A/C folks (Weston Bros) we do not have an install manual or brackets. Would probably need to have good knowledge to install yourself or get a good A/C person to install.

$500 or best offer for the unit.
