I just had an offer accepted on an apartment that has a cockroach problem. I think the problem is caused by a) current messy owners and b) apts on either side recently underwent renovations, which in my experience, has been known to cause bug/rodent problems in neighboring apartments. Can anyone recommend an exterminator? We need to get rid of the critters before we move in.
