I’m in need of a GC or carpenter to repair a house’s parlor floor framing around the stair opening. The home is in greenwood heights. It involves adding two pipe columns with footings, adding a few LVL joists, and a header along the stair opening. Adding some joist hangers and bridging is also required. Any recommendation are appreciated. Thanks.
