I have recently made an offer on a house in the Madison area of Brooklyn that has been accepted. The inspection has revealed several problems that need to be addressed prior to sale:
1) termite damage
2) chimney repair
3) replacement of lead water main
4) replacement of old potentially dangerous circuit breakers
5) foundation wall repairs
and more…

I am looking for a fair contractor to give an estimate and would appreciate any references you could offer.
