When Offering Plan is Missing?

I live in a 6-unit coop and we’re selling our apt…only no one seems to have a copy of the offering plan. Not any of the residents, their lawyers, or realtors. Everyone says they saw it at some point, which makes me think the building had one copy that’s now missing. Any suggestions? Would one be on file anywhere?
