We need to find a licensed, reliable and responsible contractor that would come in to give us a quote on work that needs to be done on a house that we are trying to purchase. The work involves replacing a center 6×6 support beam and seven 4×8 sister damaged joists. We are first time home buyers and we need to find a good contractor. Thank you all in advance.
