Hi, I’m very confused with pricing in Clinton Hill. Because there are so many brownstones and I am buying a condo, I can’t make heads or tails of price per square foot. Anyone familiar with condos, specifically south of Gates, North of Fulton, West of Franklin? What’s a reasonable ppsf? Thanks.
