the tenant recently moved in and we need to ask for rent. Should I slip an invoce under his door or just call him.
Also, right after he moved it we found bedbugs in our place and call exterminators. Should we deduct some amount from the rent as a cover for his inconviniences? should I pay his dry cleaning and lowndry bills since he had to clean everything? I am not sure, where the bugs came from. I do not think it is from him or his movers.
